Lately after some time renting a house and paying monthly rent we have entertained the possibility of owning a house by applying for a house mortgage or even a property purchased as an investment which is more a more logical way and alternative to paying rent. The process of choosing a housing loan company to sign up easily makes me feel dizzy since the stories and experiences from my families and friends were not nice to hear so this is why we are extra careful on how to go about these things. It was a nice experience because the process was so easy as I called them and spoke with an agent where she gave me a better deal than what the banks offered and in just a week I am happy to say we are now property owners of our home.
