One of the most costly investments is building a house but it is very much worth it because as years pass by the value of properties or real estate increases and if you would really look at it carefully, one can save more money if he or she has a house rather than renting a place monthly, where the property can never be yours. One of the important persons you must have when you build a house is an architect because he will be responsible in maximizing the space you have and making a decent looking home. You also have to make sure that when you build your house you will be using the best products for construction like cement, wood and paint because if you will invest largely on these things and buy only the best, you can avoid frequent repainting and renovations. You must also hire a very experienced electrician aside from the architect because the wiring of the house is very important and delicate because it is usually the cause of major fires. I have a friend who had his house started about two years ago and it was completely finished last month and because he did not mind much about the lighting of his house, he is now having his outdoor lighting repair and he was very lucky that he noticed it right away before it caused fire.   Today, we have to be very careful and cautious especially with our house because accidents can happen anytime, anywhere and to anyone and once we will loose our house, we also loose our home.

During the course of our lives, there are really just those moments in which you had hoped so bad that you could be able to capture every single moment of it on camera or record it on a video that you can view over and over again; and these moments I am talking about are usually the ones that are both funny and unforgettable, those kind of moments where your friend steps on something really disgusting or maybe your other friend falls into a swamp or something or maybe when the boys actually had fun playing girls games. It really is a wasted opportunity when you find that you are unable to prepare yourself with the video camera in these times of fun moments that is supposed to be funny footage of your lives that is if you did bring the damn camera. A video or digital camera is really essential especially when you go to outings and field trips in which you can capture those unforgettable memories; not just the funny ones, the bonding, the people and the place, all constructs a memory, may it be good or bad, it is still worth remembering. Memories with your close friends and families are just one of the few good things in life that you could keep with you until you die or until you accidentally get amnesia. And even though there are memories mixed with these good that we want nothing more to just forget if we can, but we just simply cannot forget them; but it does not have to be a bad thing because stemming from these bad memories and scars is a better person, a better you. The bad memories we experience really teach us something that we can never learn from books but only through experiences; as the saying usually goes, some things are really learned the hard way. There are a lot of people that you meet in the span of your lifetime and they usually just come and go, but there are really those people that will always remain with you in memory and also physically, and no matter what you do to forget them, they will always be part of your life.
